Registration for courses and workshops
Registration for courses and workshops is formalized by reserving a spot through the website, direct contact with the workshop, or the means indicated by Fanglab.
Spaces are limited and are assigned in the order of registration.
Reserving a spot may require full payment of the course or a prior deposit to confirm participation.
Cancellation by the participant
In case of cancellation by the participant:
Cancellations communicated more than 7 days in advance may opt for a date change or credit for another course.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance do not guarantee any refund.
- Cancellation by the organization
Fanglab Ceramics reserves the right to cancel or modify a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for organizational reasons.
In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be offered.
Courses with guest artists
Some courses are held with guest ceramicists and may have specific registration conditions due to the organization of the event.
These courses usually require a minimum number of participants to take place.
In case of cancellation of the course by the organization, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.
Members
Memberships allow access to the workshop to work on personal projects through previously reserved sessions.
Members include a certain number of monthly sessions according to the selected plan.
Sessions must be booked in advance through the workshop calendar.
Unused sessions during the corresponding month do not roll over to the next month.
Payment method for members
Memberships are managed through monthly direct debit.
By requesting a membership, the user authorizes Fanglab Ceramics to debit the corresponding amount from the provided bank account.
Cancellation of memberships
Cancellation of the membership must be requested before the 25th of the current month to avoid being charged for the next monthly period.
Once the new monthly period has started, the corresponding fee will not be refundable.
Use of the workshop
Workshop users commit to using the space, tools, and materials responsibly and respectfully.
Fanglab Ceramics reserves the right to limit access to the workshop in case of inappropriate behavior or violation of the space rules.
Modifications
Fanglab Ceramics reserves the right to modify these conditions when necessary for the proper functioning of the workshop or to adapt to legal changes.
